Planet Caretakers
Protecting our planet begins with small actions that inspire global change.
The Birth of Planet Caretakers
Débora Sá discovered her environmental calling through childhood involvement with the Portuguese Scouts. In early 2020, a planned three-month Brazil trip extended to six months due to COVID-19. This experience demonstrated the power of collective action and planted the seeds for Planet Caretakers.
Upon returning to Portugal, Débora organized a cleanup at Fonte da Telha. This momentum led to creating Planet Caretakers — forming 25 active teams conducting 300 cleanups that removed 44 tons of waste over three years.

A Sustainable Future
We envision a future where environmental stewardship is a shared responsibility across borders. Where communities take collective action to restore ecosystems - and reshape the way we consume, discard, and care.
